To cancel your dog’s booking, simply phone, or e-mail, 72 hours before your dog is booked to arrive. There will be no charge.
Failure to notify Bounce & Bark of a cancellation within this period will result in a $50 per dog charge being applied to your account.
If you shorten the reservation, you will be charged for the full length of the booking unless you provide 72 hours notice for an earlier pick up or a later drop-off.
I highly recommend Linda to care for your fur baby! My Bella is very nervous and gets very frightened when she is away from home and her family. Linda made her feel at ease and was extremely attentive to all of her care.
Linda recently took care of my beloved Yorkie for 3 weeks. I was able to see many photos & videos every day on Facebook. He got tons of exercise & social time with other dogs.
Knowing how well he was cared for during that time gave me complete peace of mind. I even noticed a significant improvement in his manners when he returned back to our home!
